Assisting A Patient With No Work Benefits
Linda was laid off from her job as an administrative assistant, and now working for a much smaller company with no benefits. Imagine her fear and frustration at the inability to pay for her diabetes and hypertension medication. She found the clinic through an assistance program at her church, and is now being treated for diabetes and hypertension; her diabetic medication is provided by a pharmacy assistance program which is facilitated by Interfaith. Linda would be the first to tell you that the clinic has, without a doubt, saved her life.
