Patricia Brown

Patricia Brown is Executive Vice President, Director of Public Relations (corporate-wide), and President (Conroe, Texas) of Woodforest National Bank (Woodforest) located in The Woodlands, Texas. Brown began her career with Woodforest in 2001. Throughout her 21 years with the Bank, she has held several key positions including Director for all traditional Retail Banking, Treasury Management and Merchant Sales functions.

She is an active member or her community, and she volunteers for numerous community organizations. Currently, Brown is a Board Member of the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, and the Montgomery County Fair Association. She is also an Advisory Board Member of the Conroe Main Street Advisory Board, a member of Financial Women in Texas and Sam Houston State University Alumni Association, and an original Committee Member of the Athena Leadership Award which recognizes women leaders in the community. Brown’s past philanthropic endeavors include serving as Board Chairperson of the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce (2020), and past Board President of the Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity (2016-2017), (including past Advisory Member for Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity)Brown was also Past Chair of the Athena Leadership Award (2020-2021) and Co-Chair of the Women of Woodforest (WOW) Committee (2019 and 2020) which includes managing a mentorship program, book club; and selecting female keynote speakers for WOW events.

She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Sam Houston State University where she met her husband who is also an SHSU alumni. Patricia is also an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe where she serves on the church’s Stewardship Council and volunteers in its feeding the homeless program.
