Rita Santamaria is the CEO and Founder of Champions School of Real Estate®, the nation’s largest real estate proprietary education provider. Under Santamaria’s leadership and direction, Champions School of Real Estate® has educated thousands of real estate professionals throughout the country and has grown to encompass seven brick and mortar campuses throughout Texas; eight state-of-the-art Champions Live Virtual Studios; our very popular and easy to use Online Campus allows Champions to offer courses anywhere in the world. Champions School of Real Estate offers not only all the NAR designations but also PMN courses through Virtual Classroom. Champions’ uses almost exclusively full time, employed instructors to teach our experienced agents. Champions offers real estate, loan, appraisal, inspection, and coaching courses for license and continuing education.

Rita was inducted into the NAR’ Real Estate Buyer’s Council Hall of Fame in 2003, in 2017 was asked to join Forbes.com Real Estate Council; ActiveRain.com named Rita Santamaria in their Top 25 most nationally well known female persons in real estate and was recognized in 2010 by Houston Woman Magazine as being one of Houston Texas’s Top 50 Most Influential Women. Rita has written over 14 textbooks for real estate licensing and continuing education. While Rita Santamaria leads Champions School of Real Estate® from her Houston office, her daughter Kimberly Dydalewicz, President of Champions School of Real Estate, is in charge of daily operations. Rita resides in The Woodlands, Texas.
